Day 91 - On The Way Home...Yaaayyyyyy!
Friday, August 24, 2012 at 07:45AM We spent a lot of time in the car today, Coober Pedy (or close enough) to Peterborough in SA. Google it on Google maps, it was a marathon drive but our little travelling girl came through with flying colours!
Hey Celeste..... Your SA weather is Crap! its freezing here tonight!.....Oh and Coober Pedy is not underground, some of the buildings are dug into the ground to try & stay cool during 50 degree summer heat. It's quite cute.... and you can actually stay in a few motels that have rooms underground!
Well another long day tomorrow so that means another short blog tonight..... But can't go without a couple of mentions.
My sister started her new job today......Awesome Heather, do they need any safety training? i know a good company????
And Happy birthday to Meredith in NZ, i hope you had an awesome day M, got lots of presents & were totally spoiled. I mean it's not every day a girl turns 26?..... But that reminds me, a little birdy told me that you are lacking that little piece of plastic that lets you drive a car?.... Maybe you are old enough now to go out & get your license??? (that is unless you have already got your license since my little bird last saw you????) Happy Birthday M from the three of us.
