After 4 years of happy ownership we are looking to pass ownership of our site to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.

We have a 1984 Viscount Grand Tourer Caravan...it is in such great condition it looks like it could actually be disconnected from the Annexe and towed away it has not been cut or welded.

Attached is a full length insulated annexe with separate bathroom including toilet, shower and vanity.

All of this is situated on a double site with plenty of room for cars boats or friends to pitch a tent or park their van.

There’s a double fold up bed in the annexe and the van has a double bed and 3 bunks & kitchen table that folds down...making it possible to sleep 8 people.

The bathroom has only just been completed and has a new toilet, shower base (1200x900), vanity unit and gas hot water heater and gas bottle.

A brand new Mitsubishi Split System has just been installed by a qualified sparky.

The site includes 2 small lock up sheds for all your “Stuff”.
